The FAQ is saying Labor should be approved by the time you file for 140. Attaching any piece of evidence along with your 140 application that your labor has been approved should suffice.

The lawyer also delivered other case using UPS and they already got receipts.
If I have to resubmit, I will use USPS to the PO.Box My attorney uses Fedex and we get receipts on time.
I would recommend to use Fedex instead of UPS.

What are chances of Dream Act? --> No one can predict. Depends on how Bush era tax cut bill goes through. Dems has added few provision to please Republicans so they are improving chances.
What are the chances of including our provisions in the bill? --> At this point Republicans want enforcement. They may not bargain for legal immigration in this bill. Rather they may prefer to add some tough rule for dreamers.
What happens if the bill passes without our provisions? ---> We will still have a chance to have our bill as piecemeal or just sit and watch
What happens if the bill fails? --> I hope they get it done, Dreamers are more enthusiastic than us and unless they get it these lawmakers will not think about us. Also they can set example that piecemeal is possible.
WHAT ARE OUR CHANCES IN 2011? --> As I said if dreamer can get their bill done, and CHC doesn't hold any piecemeal in future chances are there. but I doubt CHC will allow any legal immigration bill until Dems are in power of either of house.

These Immigration lawyers should all be rounded up and publicly FLOGGED to stop them from making such BLUNDERS!! :p
we should go to consumer court and ask attorney to refund money as he/she did not provided services properly and made mistakes. Why should one pay?
we should go to consumer court and ask attorney to refund money as he/she did not provided services properly and made mistakes. Why should one pay?

Ever since they made I-131 online, its always been a mess. The form usually shows an expired date, and there are lot of glitches applying online. I was hoping USCIS would have improved their system by not since its been online for more than a yr now. But I guess just like the backlogged applications everything moves slow in USCIS.

Hey Fellow IVers who had filed application at NSC and it was transferred to CSC and back to NSC pls. take the poll and keep updating your statistics!
As this poll is specifically for the cases transferred from NSC -- CSC --- NSC, can you add more options, like the receipt notices generated between Aug 25 to Sept 10, Sept 11 to Sept 25 and Sept 25 to current.
There would be lot of people in these three categories.
Very much intrested in knowing status of all the cases that have transferred from NSC to CSC and back to NSC.

thanks for the options.. just surprized that we must go through these procedures (like Quillpad, installing native font etc) to fill a form that is designed for people outside of USA, most with a non-english native language.

Little research on this forum will give you answers to all your questions!
In short, you employer ( current and or future) need to start GC process for a EB2 qualified job all over and pay all expenses, you will be able to port your priority date at I-140 stage, upon approval request USCIS to update your I-485 with new I-140.
HI, I am new to this forum, so pardon me if my question is an old one. Please direct me to the correct thread in that case.
I am currently working on my EAD for past years since July fiasco. I have over 12 years of experience. My employer who originally filed for my GC, had filed it for EB3 since then I did not meet the requirements for EB2. (I do not have a master's degree)
I have 12+ years of experience now and am working for a big pharma company on my EAD since. I filed for AC21 and left my original employer three years back and since then I have been working for the same company as a senior technical Lead.
I do not have a valid H1-B any longer. Is it possible for me to do EB3 to EB2 porting. What are the requirements and would I need my current company to file for me, or can I do it on my own through lawyer?

This is the most hopeless of all the articles I have seen on this issue. It has no meaning, no arguments, nothing new to tell or share and it doesn't even cover any issue. The article does not cover the issue properly making mockery of the entire issue. simply hopeless journalism :eek:
