i lostmy legal in 2002 (b2). during 2003 i won gc lottery . we did al paper work till last step.my lawyer toll me dont go couse deportation. In 2005 my employer apply gc for me (em3) In April 2006 I-140 aproved.now we waiting for priority date..
My question to you .. my lottery case priority date can be use for my eb3 case?

This is a brief summary as to what was asked,
if I am still working for the current employer, or for an intended future employer.
1. Specific Job Title
2. Duties of the offered position
3. Minimum education or training requirements
4. Start date of the employment.
5. Offered salary or wages.
Mine is EB-2 PD APRIL -04.
I did not change my employer, and all the quries asked were already answered during the labor and I-140 stage.
Did any one get similar RFE , plase let me know more in detail
My concern is why would USCIS want to know these details at this stage?

I think there is some truth to this poll.
A lot of Americans lost their jobs to foreigners because they are over qualified for those jobs.
Well, when you buy tools for yourself, you buy the cheaper ones that have all the functions that you need, not the most expensive ones that have all the functions, including the functions that you don�t need. The same thing happens to people as it does to tools.
I think most people will become overqualified at some point in their life. The best thing to do after you have become over qualified is to start your own business in the field that you are over qualified for. With the experience you have in that field, you will have better chance of success. If you don�t want to run a business, try investment. With the money you have earned earlier in your life, you should be able to do some investment. If you have invested in real estate, try to make money from the real estate you own.
One should take responsibility for oneself. The government can only take care of the citizens to certain point. Mothers can only breast feed their babies to certain time, and parents can only take care of their children until they are 18. Parents can not take care of you all your life. So don�t expect the government to take care of you all your life, either.

I was wondering if anyone here who had a canadian PR (i.e. did a landing), got GC later has travelled again to Canada again?
We got canadian PR in 2005 and did a landing while we were waiting for our GC. We got a our GC last year and are planning to visit canada using our GC. Are there going to be any issue in entering canada?
Also, we travelled to India last year and received new I-94 when we got back into US using AP. Very soon (days) we received our GC's. I am not sure what do with these I-94's when we leave US. Do we still need to surrender these as in the past?

Probably because Lot of people in IV are hurting because of people who jumped the line by using somebody else�s LC and people are getting ahead of some one who are there in line for 6-8 years.\

buy a return ticket . Cathay Pacific has tickets valid for a year. They have no change fees etc. so you can change the return date whenever you want.

Per Lawyers response both AOS and CP are possible. When I mentioned 180 days the lawyer mentioned it is 2 yrs not 180 days for follow to join.
As long as marriage is before 485 it can be applied.
My question is where to file and I am going to go with Nebraska for now as I cant conclusively get any official source which says chicago lock box.

You can apply for a ITIN (W7) for H4, only when you file your tax returns. You complete the Form W-7 and file it along with your tax return, The W7 is processed first and then the taxes.

But this wasn't told to me (us) by my company's hr, I guess I got to check that advise for second opinion.
I dont know what your comapny lawyer(you say HR they are least qualified for such advices in majority of situation) told you, but i know that you must posses the AP document in hand before u leave the country to use it for reentry. I think ur wife will recieve the passport soon ( this is due to glitch in the new PIMS verfication system) .You cant do much in this situation but just be paitient.

As I am EB3 - MAY 2009....No question of I 485 soon....
thats the reason for the F1....
U said to show the intent that we leave US back....but my I 140 is approved which makes the letter of intent very contradictory (unless they dont see my papers when processing my wife's F1).
And also, see the pattern She was on B1 - H4 - F1 (all COS), this is the main concern.
Whether is the letter of intent makes them believable!!!
Regarding funds availability, We have funds equivalent to 80% of 1st year fee (which shown on I 20), AND ALSO I AM SUBMITTING AN AFFIDAVIT THAT I AM SPONSORING MY WIFE.
Frostrated: College is only giving I 20 rest of the things we have to do ourselves.
140 is on your name and not your wife's. You do not have to show that you are trying to apply for GC. Your sponsorship for your wife is coming from your status as a H1B. IT does not matter how many times you do COS. What matters is the last status you hold, which is H4. B1 to F1 might be an issue, but you dont have to worry about it as your are H4 to F1.
If college is only providing I-20, no problem. Once you get the I-20, you can apply for COS yourself. You will need to provide a copy of the I-20, ability to pay for at least the first year's of study (bank statements and a letter from the bank, your salary slips as the sponsor, a letter from your employer that you are employed by them and the pay that you are getting - dont need to have skill set like in an employment verification letter), a letter from your wife requesting transfer of status to F1 and the letter should also state that she intends to return to her country of residence (India in your case) at the completion of her studies. Make sure you do not mention about any GC related info. The moment you mention that, it raises a flag and might involve the issuance of a 221(g) - intention to immigrate to the US. A student visa is a non-immigrant intent visa and not a dual-intent visa like a H1B.

Having shot 10's of thousands of pics on my cameras, I can tell you that I have formatted each of my CF cards only once, when I bought them. I've never had to reformat them for any reason. As Mats said, be careful not to pull them out of the camera when it's writing and you should have no problems.
There are many sensor cleaning threads here, but I'll echo the blower advice. The less you touch the sensor, the better off you are. I use an oilless diaphragm air compressor (for airbrush use, ~$100). It gives higher pressure air than a bulb blower, and has no propellants or oil in it that could end up on the camera. Most 'real' camera stores have sensor cleaning pads & solution these days. I too have used cotton swabs, and they will work, provided you don't leave any cotton fibers behind, which are a worse problem than the dust.
