When your booted into os x, go into system preferences find start up disk then click on the Macintosh HD icon ( it will tell you what OS is on the drive ) then click restart. That will set the boot order.
Or do a PRAM reset that will also clear it and default the OS X partition to be the start up one.

How do you get the 4th Gen iPod Touch to have a bettery percentage like the iPad and iPhone without jailbreaking?

I'm sure TJMax is rethinking how brilliant their idea is. But is it really illegal? What can Apple do?
It's not "illegal", so there's nothing that could really happen to TJ Maxx. But the 3rd party that supplied them to TJ Maxx COULD lose their ability to receive Apple products (assuming they are a authorized reseller). This happens in my industry all the time (golf course management) with golf equipment, and the major manufacturers always go after these leaks and cut them off. The other thing that happens in my industry is that when a product is purchased from a non-authorized retailer, the manufacturer will typically void any warranty associated with it. I doubt Apple would do that to people who purchased an iPad through TJ Maxx, but if it's legal in the golf equipment realm, it might be within their rights here too.

Is there a Steve Jobs homage in Breakout?
Come on now. Other than a VERY select few, Atari games are terrible and don't hold up at all.
BS. ET is still an outstanding game.

This is torture... I just wish Apple would send out invitations for another event and tell us themselves what it is that we will be seeing. Please, Apple?
it really matters that much to you? is it that big of a deal?

Stick around. There's cooler stuff on the way ;)
Hmm...are Address Book and iCal going to get the same treatment? It would be great for .Mac to finally have an offering that competes with what Yahoo, Google, etc. have been providing for free for quite some time...
...or could it go even farther? What about an online version of iWeb, where you could edit and publish webpages directly from the browser, with drag-n-drop and all that goodness.
Oooh - I just started salivating over iPhone integration possibilities!!!! How about having the iPhone sync with .Mac directly - even if you're not anywhere near your computer? Or how about the iPhone having mobile blogging software that will publish blog entries to a blog on your .Mac website? These are all features that other phones and websites offer, but the difference for Apple would be the seamlessness of the Mac/iPhone/.Mac integraton...

You don't care if Europe collapses? Not even a teensy bit that our allies are going to fail?
No, that would not be ideal, but right in line with Humans trying to control animal populations, with culling.
Other species rise-up, and become a problem due to intervention.
In the ebb and flow of Mother Nature, these things will work themselves out.
I am truly sorry that this is to the detriment of the Capitalists in Society.
God bless Mother Nature. ;)

It's not. The M4V wrapper just allows protection to be used, but in your case it won't be.

They don't compete with publishers, and the "tablet market" is not probably too narrow a definition of a "market" (more likely, anti-trust authorities would be interested in the overall "pc" market or the "mobile" market.)
You mean as narrow ad the desktop browser market? Which got Microsoft into trouble (until politics turned business-friendly).

If you are commenting on what you do, then its people like you that make the studios demand limits on legitimate customers like me.
Imagine buying a car but the manufacturer keeping the wheels when you are not using it. Its stops car theft, but its a pain in the ass for the user.
Stop pirating!
Umm... that isn't pirating... He bought the dvd then ripped it for his own personal use.
