I have a black apple pro mouse. Works fine. Just don't use it. Other than some dust, it looks and performs like new. Price is $10 shipped. I'll even dust it off for you.

What's frustrating to many, however, is that the FDA is so slow to update out-of-date rules based on what the science shows. I've read the research reports that show that the lifetime ban on most gay men is too strong a restriction. Whether it's intentional discrimination or bureaucratic sluggishness, they are ruling out many safe and willing donors in the name of safety. As far as the MacRumors Blood Drive goes, we don't want controversies like this to prevent eligible donors from donating now. That's why we ask those who can't donate, for any reason, to help with publicity and encourage others to donate.

Hi,
I have bought new battery (original apple) and after full charging it can�t work on battery power. Powerbook shut down directly with disconecting of power cord. The same ocurs with older battery still working in other PB. New battery work normaly in other PB.

You went back to school and you didn't learn how to bill or control a client? Your very first mistake was booking a $75 job with a 3 hour time limit. If that is all someone can afford, then don't work for them. In my experience, the cheaper they are, the more demanding they usually are. Your second mistake was giving the power to your client and not billing him for phone time. You didn't manage the job and you paid the price. I bet you didn't even have a signed contract. :eek:

I have the opposite problem. I get much more spam through to my inbox on my gmail account than I do with .mac . As always, YMMV.
I discovered 0spam (www.0spam.com) about a year ago, check it out, it's dropped my spam count in 4 accounts I have from about 2000 - 2200 a day to less than 5 a week! Works with *any* email accounts webbased or otherwise. Awesome :p

It is a toy. You can't seriously think that professionals are going to depend on Photoshop for iPad and throw away their computer can you? That's like throwing away your computer because GarageBand is also available on the iPad, and attempting to produce an album on an iPad. Impossible.
No matter what Steve says, it is a toy! I think it is brilliant you can do these things on such a simple product for the average user, but they are nothing more than for... the average user.

If it had a fully functional lightroom.. thats another story.

It's already been reported that Lion Server will improve file sharing with Windows 7 (and of course, the mail service will work with the right client app), but what about other services? Can a Windows client log in with a network account?

Hey. The finder bar can be changed by downloading the app CandyBar. They have a bunch of built in ones. Or, you can download DockDr for free and get some great ones too. Also, Im running my logitech keyboard profilier application, mail, twitter, chrome are the other ones running. :D

Well first I should mention I got engaged! Christmas eve. Even tho I bought her the ring, shes the best gift I could have asked for.

This is also the case in the UK. A patently ridiculous stance, given that there is a constant message given on TV and radio that there is a shortage.
I've never been able to donate blood bc of this restriction. I do understand why this provision has not been changed. Though blood is screened, people still receive blood that makes them sick. It amazes me the screening process has not advanced enough to provide more blood.

:( Is it possible to retrieve changes that I made to a document that I was editing on textedit. I had an exam open I my desktop and was halfway through and when I went back to it this morning - half-asleep - I accidently clicked don't save (don't laugh). Now all I have is the orig version with just the questions. Is this lost forever? AAhhhh.........any help is much appreciated
